Account Creation: To book services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

One Account Policy: Each user may maintain only one active account.

Booking Facilitation: PuppaPal connects customers with grooming businesses but is not a party to service agreements between users and groomers.

Search and Discovery: We provide tools to search, compare, and book dog grooming services.

No Service Guarantee: We do not provide grooming services directly and make no guarantees about service quality, availability, or outcomes.

Booking Process: Bookings are confirmed by the grooming business, not PuppaPal. Confirmation methods include email, SMS, or in-app notifications.

Payment Terms: Payments are processed directly between customers and grooming businesses. We may facilitate payment processing through third-party providers.

Cancellation Policies: Each grooming business sets its own cancellation and refund policies, which you agree to when booking.

Service Delivery: When you book services, we share necessary booking information with the grooming business to enable service delivery.

Business Data Control: Grooming businesses become data controllers for customer information they receive and are responsible for data protection compliance.

No Data Sales: We never sell customer data to third parties.

Privacy Policy: Our full privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Lawful Use: Users must comply with all applicable laws and use the platform only for legitimate booking purposes.

Accurate Information: Provide truthful and current information in your profile and bookings.

Respectful Conduct: Maintain respectful communication with grooming businesses and other users.

Prohibited Activities: Do not attempt to disrupt platform operations, create fake accounts, or misuse other users' information.

Review Guidelines: Reviews must be honest, based on actual experiences, and free from offensive or defamatory content.

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove reviews or content that violate these Terms.

Content License: By posting content, you grant PuppaPal a non-exclusive license to use it for platform operation and marketing.

Platform Availability: We strive for consistent platform availability but are not liable for downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions.

Data Security: While we implement security measures, we are not liable for data breaches, data loss, hacking incidents, or unauthorized access to user accounts.

Service Quality: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of grooming services provided by businesses on our platform.

Third-Party Actions: We disclaim liability for actions by grooming businesses, payment processors, or other third parties.

Damages: PuppaPal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or inability to use our services.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to PuppaPal in the twelve months preceding the claim.

User Termination: You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Platform Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or other legitimate business reasons.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access rights cease, but our liability limitations remain in effect.
