Pet Information

We may collect basic pet health information relevant to grooming services, but we do not process sensitive personal information about users.

We do not collect or store payment information directly. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. When you make payments through our platform, your payment data is processed directly by Stripe according to their privacy notice at: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Application Data

If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

• Geolocation Information: We may request access to track location-based information from your mobile device to help you find nearby dog grooming services. You can change these permissions in your device's settings.
• Mobile Device Access: We may request access to certain features from your mobile device, including camera (for pet photos), and other features. You can change these permissions in your device's settings.
• Mobile Device Data: We automatically collect device information such as device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system, and app usage information for security and analytics purposes.
• Push Notifications: We may send you push notifications regarding your booking confirmations or appointment reminders. You can opt out in your device's settings.
